What is Career Consultancy
Career consultancy can provide a virtual mirror,
which can helpfully be used to consider all perspectives of your
work situation and determine the best way forward.
The service is offered in a one hour telephone session, which can be booked in advance, so providing easy accessibility and time-tabling.
Prior to the session, you can provide the Career Consultant with access to any Online Career Manager data you have compiled, so they can quickly become familiar with your situation. Alternatively, if you haven’t completed Online Career Manager, you will be sent a short background information form to complete prior to the consultation.
During the session, the Career Consultant will pay particular attention to helping you clarify your work requirements and career options, and assisting you in determining your most appropriate career direction and your important next steps work-wise.
Please Note: The Personal Career Manager Package includes a one hour telephone career consultancy session.
